This massive multi-story, multi-tenant complex spans an impressive 736,400 square feet, featuring revolutionary design elements and flexible floor plans, with suites starting at 31,000 square feet.

Our advanced fleet of mobile cranes and knuckleboom trucks were used to efficiently and safely hoist and position the heavy materials and equipment required for this modern industrial hub. With the scale of the Review Avenue Complex, Positive Lifting utilized 3 to 4 cranes per day, ensuring that all lifting operations were executed to maximize efficiency and minimize project delays. The sheer size of the site allowed us to set up directly on location, giving our team a distinct advantage in beating tight timelines and optimizing the flow of work.
Our team worked tirelessly around the clock, often pushing for 16- to 20-hour shifts to meet project demands, with each crane having two operators working 8-hour shifts. This dedication to 24/7 crane capacity demonstrated Positive Lifting’s commitment to getting the job done, no matter the challenge. We proudly showcased our ability to handle extensive crane operations, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Our operations included lifting and rigging complex materials such as concrete slabs, precast panels, steel beams, structural steel, and concrete superstructures. Additionally, our team was responsible for lifting foundation materials, heavy-duty vaults, construction materials, and installing steel trusses, wood planks, and wood trusses.
We also handled the delivery, rigging, and installation of windows and various heavy-duty equipment essential to the development. Every lift was executed with a focus on safety—we ensured compliance with all rigging codes and safety protocols. Our team created detailed daily safety plans and lift plans, ensuring every aspect of the operation adhered to the highest standards.
