This ambitious 270,000-square-foot project is transforming a former eight-story warehouse/manufacturing building into a modern commercial hub, while also developing adjacent lots into vibrant office, retail, and parking spaces. The building is set to house offices, retail, and amenities, attracting tenants from the technology, media, advertising, and innovative industries.
