Standing at 189 feet tall, the building will feature 100 hotel rooms, along with a ground-floor beer garden, offering guests an exceptional experience in a vibrant urban location. Situated between Nevins Street to the east, Grove Place to the north, and Hanover Place to the west, this project posed unique logistical and operational challenges, which Positive Lifting was proud to overcome.

From ground-up construction to final enclosure, Positive Lifting was heavily involved in all major lifting operations for the building’s development. Throughout the project, we completed lifts ranging from 250 to over 300 feet, contributing to the installation of everything from solar panels and VRF mechanical units to heavy rebar, structural steel beams, and other vital building materials. Our team was not only tasked with lifting these materials but also with safely positioning and installing them at the required heights, ensuring the project progressed smoothly.
