At Positive Lifting, we are proud to have played a crucial role in the construction of 360 Bowery, a 22-story commercial building in Noho, Manhattan. This project, developed by AECOM-Canyon Partners and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, required precision and expertise during its critical construction phases.
Our team provided mobile crane and knuckleboom services to support the safe and efficient lifting of heavy construction materials during the early stages of excavation, reinforced concrete superstructure formation, and façade installation. Working closely with the general contractor, CM & Associates, we ensured that key elements like steel beams, concrete panels, and oversized equipment were placed with pinpoint accuracy, helping the project stay on schedule.
Given the logistical challenges of working in a dense urban environment like Noho, our cranes were instrumental in navigating tight spaces and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to elevated workspaces. The flexibility of our mobile cranes allowed for seamless transitions between the various stages of construction, from the lower levels to the topping-out phase.
As 360 Bowery nears its estimated completion in 2024, we are honored to have been part of the team that brought this iconic structure to life, contributing to the skyline of Manhattan and enhancing the community.
At Positive Lifting, we remain committed to delivering reliable and innovative lifting solutions for projects of all sizes, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
