Our team has been instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient lifting of materials throughout the construction process, helping maintain the project’s timeline.
Working alongside Mega Contracting and Marvel Architects, we are supporting the development of 140 affordable residential units that will range from studios to four-bedroom apartments, alongside a 6,400-square-foot workforce development center. Our expertise in using mobile cranes and knuckleboom trucks has facilitated the complex logistics of this significant project, which is designed to meet Passive House standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.
