Over the last 20 years Electric Zoo festival has cemented its status as one of the biggest Music Electronic Dance Festivals located in the heart of New York.
Positive Lifting has been awarded Ezoo’s Rigging contract for 2023 which recently took place this year. Positive Lifting’s Contract involved all installation, mobilization and demobilization of 7 stages. The scope of the work included orchestrating all crane and rigging methods for seven stages, with the main stage being the largest ever built, consisting of 40 sections. Some of these sections were too heavy to lift individually, necessitating the creation of a tandem lift plan.
This critical lift involved the coordinated effort of two and three cranes, collectively hoisting a 120,000,00 LBS section. To ensure precision and safety throughout the rig, a full team of master riggers and engineers meticulously designed and executed the lift.
