Prestige & Raptor Construction recently entrusted us with a 33-story large-scale new construction located in the upper west side. One noteworthy achievement was completing the building's exterior within a remarkable 10-month timeframe. This included maintaining exceptional speed during the superstructure stages.
We are especially proud of achieving and initiating a mechanical lift weighing 20,000 pounds at an elevation of 330 feet, utilizing the LTM 1450 Liebherr crane. This required approval from the NYC Department of Buildings, which our team expertly navigated the necessary regulatory procedures in order to carry out this monumental lift. The work included 6-hours of set up and 6-hours of break down and closing down 3 City blocks which was only possible due to us acquiring all public notification notices properly and on time.
